About Soko
Soko is a cozy Korean-themed bakery cafe in Niagara-on-the-Lake, named after the first two letters of South Korea. Gina and her husband Sang-Il opened it on Mary Street in July 2022.
Everything is baked fresh every day with fine ingredients and less sugar. Gina's favourite thing to make is the roll cake.
